Vintage White Oval Italian Wedding Cake Pendant in Sterling Silver

Magnificent vintage Italian Wedding Cake pendant necklace. Made with vintage white oval Italian hand made glass on a hand dyed cream silk cord.

The Italian Wedding Cake bead measures 15MM x 8MM. It is made of opaque white glass and decorated on the outside with gold, blue, yellow and pink glass flowers and designs.

Above the glass bead is a heavy 24K gold vermeil rope component and raw brass "pineapple" bead cap. Atop the bead cap is a 6MM pale pink Swarovski crystal bicone.

The pendant hangs just under 1 1/2" from a sterling silver bail, suspended by a 2MM hand dyed cream silk cord.

The necklace measures 17".

Sterling silver lobster clasp, head pin and jump rings.

The folder crimps are made of metal alloy.
