Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason, we will be happy to give you a full refund (less shipping). Contact me within 3 days and return the item within 14 days of purchase with the original packing materials and packing slip. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted. When returning the item, you have a choice of a refund, or you can exchange the piece you are returning with another product on the web site.

Please email toadsongjewelry@gmail.com to make arrangements to return the item for a replacement or a refund.

If you accidentally damage or break your piece of jewelry, I will repair it for you for a nominal fee, if you return the piece with all of its components. Contact me to make arrangements. You will need to pay for postage in both directions.
